Recruitment Resourcer

PMR are a specialist property recruitment company, based in Oxford Circus.

We supply some of the UK's largest property management companies with staff to manage their residential buildings across the UK.

We are looking for individuals with a pro-active work ethic, and strong customer service/people skills, who wish to start a career in recruitment

Working alongside one of the Recruitment Managers, you will assist them in a wide range of duties, these will include,

• Sourcing suitable candidates for temporary shifts or permanent jobs
• Advertising job roles, and managing all responses
• Carrying out candidate interviews through video or face to face
• Registering candidates onto our CRM/Company software
• Creating candidate folders on computer
• Writing up CVs into company format
• Calling candidates to schedule interviews
• Assisting Team Leaders with creating shortlists for permanent jobs
• Liaising with candidates regarding current and expected salary, notice periods, reason for leaving
• Building a rapport with candidates
• Using social media pro‐actively to generate candidates and contact
• Writing up Job Descriptions into company format
• Keeping client information updated, adding, and deleting contacts

PMR provide full training through our internal team as well as REC courses to ensure all staff have the skills to grow with the business and progress their careers in the recruitment sector
