- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across the UK and are currently recruiting for temporary maintenance & estate operatives to work with us in London and surrounding areas.
Rates vary between £9 - £10.85 per hour & bank holidays are double pay.
You must be able to work on a 0 hour contract, have excellent customer service skills & dress immaculately.
Duties include:
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return
- Sweeping external areas of the development/building
- Bin duties and keeping bin stores clean and tidy
- Daily, weekly and monthly checks of fire alarms and lifts
- Assisting contractors around the development
- General H&S around the development
- Light maintenance & handyman duties, such as fixing door handles etc.
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
