Our client is looking for an experienced Cleaner to work at a luxury development in SE1, London
The role will be a permanent position every Saturday and Sunday 7.00am - 16.00pm
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- One of your main duties will be to help with the rotation of large bins across the development, getting them ready for collections
- Oversee cleaning of external and internal areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Pick up litter
- You will be responsible of the upkeep of the building and grounds to make sure everything is functioning correctly and remains astetically pleaseing
You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
