PMR are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Leasing Associate, who has a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service to assist with the lease up of our clients brand-new Build to Rent development.
This role has a varied schedule, from conducting leasing tours with prospective residents, to emphasizing the community's available apartments, and convert to ongoing leases to ensure the development is fully occupied.Responsibilities:- To conduct thorough move-in orientations and apartment inspections with new residents.
- To complete paperwork, prepare and sign leases, as well as accompanying prospective residents to view apartments.
- To effectively qualify prospective residents, verify applications, prepare resident files, and related paperwork within a given time frame.
- To give prospective residents an accurate overview of the development and attempt to set an appointment for a viewing.
- Consistently and accurately tracks all traffic.
- Understands and accurately prepares all business-related paperwork.
- Assists management in completing an accurate market survey.
- Promote a professional and courteous attitude with residents and peers.
- Attends to resident concerns, complaints and inquiries.
- Implement a professional and courteous attitude throughout all property operations.
- Promptly attend to resident requests and/or comments.
- Regularly stay in touch with residents to ensure service satisfaction.
- Respond to all feedback from customers with corrective action.
- Flexibility to frequent change within property, office and company.
- Willing to cover other properties as needed, and as directed by Community Manager and/or Regional Manager.
- Exercise confidentiality.
- In addition to the tasks described above, the successful candidate may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous leasing/lettings/sales experience
- Prior customer service experience either in coworking/serviced offices or luxury retail is desirable.
- Able to build relationships quickly.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Great organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Strong customer service representation.
- Ability to sell and promote the development.
- Ability to read and write English fluently and the ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working Pattern:
This role has a 5 over 7-day working pattern (Monday - Sunday).
