- Description
Our Client are looking for an experienced Estate Manager to work at a luxury residential development based in West London.
Working Monday to Friday with the hours of either 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm.
Salary ranges between £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervising all aspects of the day to day running and maintenance of the property
- Ensuring the immediate supervision of staff and contractors and ensuring the required standards are achieved and maintained at all times
- Responsible for the security and the delivery of the service provided by the development on site staff teams which will include concierge, security, service yard officer and other such teams/staff the development requires
- Ensure that all staff are trained and able to carry out their duties to the best of their ability
- Develop, implement and maintain management systems for all buildings, facilities and estate areas.
- Manage the in-house team and outsourced service providers to ensure Concierge services, Security, Cleaning, - Landscaping, Maintenance and Repairs are coordinated, adhering to required specification in O&M manuals where applicable; and in conjunction with or support from relevant HR, Finance, Procurement, Technical, Sustainability or other departments as may be required.
- Responsible, with management team and departmental leads, for all financial matters regarding the operational management, including the oversight and input to the Service Charge budget development and Managing Agent financial obligations.
- To develop excellent relationships with representatives of the client(s) and their advisers, inputting upon reporting to the client(s) on all aspects of the management of the property as required through written reports and at site meetings in addition to ad-hoc communication as required.Experience in:
- Managing prestigious London developments.
- Contractor management including approving and assessing all sub-contractor works, review of relevant documents required for permit acceptance.
- Maintaining statutory audits and logs such as H&S audits and emergency plans.
- Managing, leading, mentoring, coaching and developing the onsite team including concierge, security and cleaning staff. Management of staff rota.
- Accurate record keeping with good attention to detail.
