- Description
Our client is currently seeking a permanent Weekend Day Concierge to work at a residential development in London, SE1. You will be providing front of house duties day to day, offering exceptional customer service to the blocks' residents.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday 09.00 to 17.00
Salary: £11 per hour
Duties:
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return
The person:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Immaculate presentation
- Pro-active
- Hospitality or residential experience
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
