- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across London, we are currently working with a well established managing agent who is actively seeking a professional Night Concierge to work on a luxury apartment block based in North West London.
Hours: 7pm to 7am, 4 on 4 off rota
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Duties include:
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return
- Assisting with valet and parking services
The person:
- Must be over 25 years of age
- Full, Clean UK driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dress immaculately
- Pro-active
- Hospitality or residential experience
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
