Main purpose of the job:
To provide general cleaning support for the buildings and external areas, the position is based on a residential development.This position is TEMPORARY but will be ongoing until further notice.
Every Monday from 8am - 4pm
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Check all overflows externally
- Pick up litterPerson Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
