Description

My client is recruiting for Customer Liaison Associates to work at a luxury residential development in South West London; to interact with new and existing tenants, residents and guests, whilst assisting the in-house operations teams with the smooth running of the business.

This is an extremely varied role, supporting all areas of the operation as the development and business grows.

The role will require the ability to plan effectively, problem solve and act as a role model for excellent service delivery.

It will include managing any queries, incidents, or complaints and liaising with residents and departments to resolve any challenges.

The ideal candidate will be warm, welcoming, informed and proactive. They will ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Inspecting apartments before occupation where possible to ensure everything is 'perfect' for the new tenant or resident
  • Greeting and inducting new tenants or occupiers into Dolphin Square and their new apartment, demonstrating the estate facilities and the apartments operation
  • Room any VIP clients for Dolphin House / Corporate Housing (short let stays)
  • Facilitating viewings and show-rounds outside business hours
  • Being present and assisting in departments during peak or busy periods, as required
  • Being a point of conact for residents, dealinh with any day-to-day operational queries/complaints in the absence of a departmental manager
  • Act as a coordinator between tenants and the facilities team where appropriate
  • Supporting the events team with conferencing in their absence; meeting and greeting and providing a point of liaison
  • Liaising with new tenants and residents when necessary to walk them through processes or complaints, assisting where necessary with issues to resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Completing an estate wide walk around, ensuring the property is safe, clean and tidy and liaising with departments to ensure any issues are rectified
  • In the event of a major emergency, supporting the Duty Incident Officer, ensuring company emergency procedures are followed

Rota: 5 days between Monday - Sunday
Hours: 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm varied rota
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 pa
