About our client
Our client is a well-established block and estate management business with a diverse portfolio of estates across London and the Home Counties. They've built a strong reputation in the sector for their focus on client relationships, and they've invested heavily in their staff, from flexible working to a benefits package that goes well beyond the industry standard.
The role
They're looking for a Property Manager to take on a portfolio of estates as the first point of contact for site related matters. You'll manage the day to day running of your sites, deal directly with directors and other key client contacts, and take the lead on risk management across your portfolio. This is a growth hire, reflecting the continued expansion of their portfolio, not a backfill.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for your allocated sites
- Carrying out regular site visits and following up with action reports
- Chairing directors' meetings and AGMs
- Managing risk across your portfolio
- Providing technical guidance to boards of directors and other key client contacts
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Skills and experience
Essential:
- At least two years' experience in block or estate management
- At least one year's experience managing a property portfolio
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage and expenses reimbursed)
- Undergraduate degree
Desirable:
- ATPI qualification
Why join them
Hybrid working with a genuine work from home allowance, flexible start and finish times, and a benefits package including private healthcare, critical illness cover, life insurance, income protection and a medical cash plan. It's a business that's invested significantly in its people and culture, and this role gives you real scope to grow as the portfolio expands.
