Caretaker

Our client is looking for an experienced caretaker to work at a luxury development in Woodford.

The role will be Monday to Friday, 8am - 2pm

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Maintaing the grounds, this will include tasks such as: basic maintenance, painting, cementing, leaf blowing and pressure washing
• Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
• Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
• Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
• Check all overflows externally
• Pick up litter
• You will be responsible of the upkeep of the grounds to make sure everything is functioning correctly and remains astetically pleaseing
• Rotation of large bins across development, getting them ready for collections

You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
• Honest and Reliable
• Team Player
• Works well under pressure
• Driving Liscence is desired however not essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
