- Position: Maintenance Operative
- Line Manager is the Estate Manager
- Salary offer £26,000.00 per annum
- Annual holiday entitlement will be 20 days plus any bank holidays
- Hours of work 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. Monday to Friday with an unpaid break of 1 hour (You may occasionally be required to work evenings as the needs of the business dictate, with time off in lieu)
Overview: The purpose of the Maintenance Operative is to provide professional advice in respect of general building and maintenance matters. In addition, the Maintenance Operative will service the development, its guests and visitors by inspecting and maintaining the building, fittings, equipment and ensuring they are compliant with building regulations and health and safety requirements.
Role Requirements: You will need to be:
- Courteous and polite at all times, including while under pressure
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Ambitious, dynamic and motivated
- Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with good use of grammar and spelling

* To be a main point of contact and be responsible for regular inspections, maintenance and repairs of the internal structure, fittings and equipment at the development, tending to issues upon request and ensure the most efficient use of Estate resources
* To report any defects and maintain cleanliness of the work area as required.
* To be responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests whilst carrying out work, and strive for continuous improvement.
* To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
* To undertake additional training to enhance and extend the remit of the role
