If you're ready to take ownership of one of central London's most distinctive mixed-use neighbourhoods, this could be worth a look.
About our client
Our client is a well-established commercial property management company operating across a prestigious mixed-use neighbourhood in the heart of central London. It's a dynamic, fast-paced environment with two significant new developments currently underway.
The role
As the Estate Manager, you'll be the senior operational lead on-site, responsible for delivering a consistently excellent management service across the full portfolio. You'll work closely with property and asset managers, a client family office, and a permanent on-site FM team of three, acting as the visible face of the neighbourhood for occupiers, contractors, and the wider community.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing the on-site FM team and outsourced service partners, setting a culture of service excellence
- Managing occupier relationships day to day, resolving queries proactively and attending occupier meetings
- Overseeing building operations including PPM, repairs, inspections, and health and safety compliance
- Managing and reconciling monthly operating budgets, service charge preparation, and quarterly variance reporting
- Coordinating community engagement, events, and promotions across the neighbourhood
- Supporting asset positioning strategies in collaboration with the property management and client teams

- Strong track record managing occupier relationships across a complex, multi-tenanted portfolio
- Confident handling service charge budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Sound knowledge of health and safety compliance and risk management
- Natural communicator, comfortable operating at all levels from on-site teams to senior client stakeholders
Desirable

- Familiarity with customer experience or community engagement programmes
- Exposure to mixed-use portfolios including retail, office, and residential
