Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Hours: 37.5 per week
Holidays: 29 days per annum
Salary: £25,000pa Basic (Market leading commission scheme + Travelcard after probation)
Based: Oxford Circus / Flexible working
Responsible to: Team Leader
Hours: Monday- Friday 09.00-17.30

PMR are a highly successful recruitment company that works in providing staff to the residential property management industry.
Based in Oxford Circus, we provide staff to clients across the UK. Over the past few years we have grown our turnover consistently in an expanding and exciting market place.
The Role
As a Recruiter for PMR you would be joining a highly motivated team that consistently generates profits beyond the industry average.
- Your role as a recruiter is to develop a client base from which to generate sales for the company, in its core business of supplying permanent and temporary staff.
- Your performance will be measured regularly, at least every four weeks, where you will be set targets and your performance measured against them.
- You will need to dedicate yourself to meeting these targets, failure to do so will, in the first instance, involve the company in assisting you with increased mentoring and training, either in-house or through external bodies; however consistent failure will result in your employment being terminated.
- You must be able to work closely and communicate effectively with your Team Leader, Director and the other team members. You are part of a professional team who will be investing both time and resources in giving you the best possible chance of succeeding.
- You will be expected to use your initiative to develop your client base; this will involve a combination of extensive telephone work, visits to clients' properties, use of social media and interviewing.
- PMR guard our high reputation jealously and at all times you will be expected to behave with the utmost professionalism, honesty and integrity. In addition, you will be expected to abide by all legal aspects of your role as a recruiter and the REC Code of Conduct.
- As part of your role, you will be expected to attend work-related networking events outside of office hours.
- We operate an out of hours service and all Recruiters take turns in being on call. Time off in lieu is given for this.
- You will be paid exceptionally high levels of commission
- You will need good IT skills, however you will be trained in the use of our systems. You will be required to record all your activities through our Aspire database, this is an essential requisite of your role.
- You will inform yourself of and abide by, the company's policies in respect of IT usage, diversity, data protection and any others that are implemented from time to time.
Qualifications Desired:
- Educated to GCSE level - Good literacy & numeracy
Skills:
- Must be computer literate and able to use Word/ Outlook/ Excel
- Must have a working knowledge of social media

Future of the role
Our recruiters earn salaries in the range £45‐60k after 2 years' experience, so there is great potential for you if the role suits you.
You will need to be literate and numerate to a good standard, some previous experience in a sales orientated environment would be useful. More important are ambition, aptitude and the willingness to work hard.
