Our client is actively seeking a Temporary Sales Administator to assist the team within a Block Management company based in Croydon.
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Sales Administration team. The role will enable the successful candidate to gain a broad understanding of the Sales Administration Department as a whole and will quickly allow them to gain experience in many different areas of the industry as well as the customer service aspect of the role.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Rate: £10 - £11 per hour + Holiday Pay
Looking for someone to start ASAP, so the ideal candidate would be available immediately.
Main duties:
- Answering incoming calls from customers, advising them where appropriate or taking messages
- Managing the Team inbox, dealing with queries where possible or passing on to the relevant Administrator
- Management and distribution of incoming post
- Dealing with returned mail and keeping correspondence details up to date where possible
- Issuing welcome letters to new leaseholders/owners on transfer of a property
- Maintaining the internal payments spreadsheet, allocating payments, updating invoice registers and notifying the relevant Administrator
- Dealing with any queries on payments from Head Office and return/transfer of erroneous payments
- Processing of incoming cheques
- Ad hoc sales administration duties delegated by administrator e.g sending statements to clients/solicitors or returning Share/Membership Certificates to solicitors
