- Description
We're looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, social channels, and digital growth for our accommodation business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll own acquisition campaigns, optimise user journeys, and turn marketing activity into qualified enquiries and confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google to drive enquiries, viewings, and bookings.
- Create and manage performance-focused content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email.
- Build and maintain content and campaign calendars aligned with occupancy targets, promotions, and seasonal demand.
- Own and optimise OTA listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia), testing copy, imagery, and positioning to improve enquiry and booking rates.
- Support direct booking growth through retargeting, email capture, and conversion-focused journeys.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in performance marketing, digital campaigns, or growth-focused content roles.
- Strong understanding of paid and organic social, lead funnels, and conversion optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, email platforms (Mailchimp or HubSpot), and Google Analytics.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in residential marketing with the ideal candidate having experience with co living operations.
