Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee and support property management teams across multiple sites in London and the surrounding areas. This is a hands on leadership role, focused on driving operational excellence, high customer satisfaction and strong portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support multi-site property management teams to achieve KPIs, budgets and leasing targets.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are maintained to high standards.

• Recruit, coach, and develop site teams, promoting high performance and career growth.

• Identify operational improvements, efficiency initiatives, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

• Manage complex site issues and escalate when necessary, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

• Support site teams with budgets, OpEx planning, and capital projects.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and relevant regulations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing multiple sites or a regional portfolio.

• Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.

• Background in residential, hospitality, or Build-to-Rent (BTR) operations.

• Comfortable using digital systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Desirable:

• MIRPM, MARLA, or equivalent qualification.

• Experience with FixFlo, Hubspot, or similar systems.

• Portfolio management experience in BTR.
