We are looking for a Night Resident Service Advisor to become a key member of our Front of House team on our Build to Rent site. You will be the key point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment from night through to morning.
The Role:
- Manage late check ins and early check outs.
- Provide information and support to anyone arriving or departing outside regular hours.
- Provide comprehensive handovers for the day team.
- Conduct walkthroughs, monitoring safety, ensure communal areas remain secure and presentable.
About You:
- Confident in working independently at night.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- Calm and professional with a genuine commitment to providing excellent service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotels, co-living, serviced apartments, or student accommodation.
- Professional, approachable manner with a focus on guest care.
- Intermediate computer skills and confidence using admin or booking systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Commitment to upholding safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
