Caretaker - Build to Rent

Caretaker

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Caretaker to help keep our buildings safe, clean and welcoming for everyone who lives and works there.

In this role, you'll take pride in maintaining the property to a high standard - carrying out small repairs, keeping communal areas tidy, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. You'll work closely with the property team and contractors to make sure residents always feel looked after.

What you'll do:

• Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance.

• Keep communal and outdoor areas clean, safe, and presentable.

• Support with flat turnarounds, painting, and small decorating tasks.

• Liaise with contractors and report any maintenance or safety issues.

• Provide friendly, helpful service to residents and colleagues.

What we're looking for:

• Previous caretaking, maintenance or facilities experience.

• A practical, can-do attitude and good attention to detail.

• Someone reliable, approachable, and happy to help others.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
