Are you an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering outstanding customer service in a client-facing environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to take responsibility for the management of an institutional clients residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the on-site team, including property managers, maintenance and tenancy coordinators.
- Take ownership of service charge budgets, management accounts, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular property and block inspections, ensuring health & safety, compliance, and high presentation standards.
- Manage tenancy lifecycles, including check-ins, renewals, check-outs, and deposit returns.
- Oversee maintenance, refurbishment, and contractor works, following procurement procedures and client approvals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar client-facing property management role.
- Technical qualification: MARLA, MIRPM or AssocRICS (essential).
- Excellent financial management skills, including service charge budgeting and reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
