- Assistant Manager - Front of House - We're looking for an Assistant Manager - Front of House to help run night operations for our high-end residential client. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you'll support the team, step in when needed, and make sure residents have the best possible experience. This is a night-focused, hands-on role where you'll lead the team while staying actively involved in day-to-day operations. - Salary: £38,480 
 Hours: 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off, covering Monday-Sunday- Key Responsibilities - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of the night Concierge team. 
- Act as main point of contact for the team in the Manager's absence. 
- Provide feedback, lead appraisals, and hold regular check-ins with night staff. 
- Maintain high service standards and ensure residents always feel welcome. 
- Assist with rota planning and cover the front desk when needed. 
- Monitor team performance, including duties, service, and presentation. 
- Handle resident queries and complaints, escalating when necessary. 
- Support move-ins and apartment inductions. 
- Review CCTV footage when required, handling all information discreetly. 
- Manage access control systems, parcel management, and amenity bookings. 
- Conduct safety checks and report issues promptly. 
- Cover the Front of House Manager during absences and respond to emergency calls on a rota. 
 - Person Specification - Experience in residential property or high-end hospitality. 
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a similar environment. 
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. 
- Confident in coaching, mentoring, and developing a team. 
- Strong written and verbal communication. 
- IT literate (Microsoft Office and email systems). 
- Proactive, organised, and able to problem-solve on the spot. 
- Flexible and willing to work night shifts. 
- TPI qualification is a plus or willingness to obtain within the first year.
