A boutique property management company is hiring a Compliance Manager to take charge of admin processes and compliance across a portfolio of residential blocks. This is a hands-on role with a direct path to senior leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee admin and compliance across the portfolio
  • Maintain accurate financial and service charge records
  • Support governance and reporting
  • Work closely with directors, contractors and leaseholders

What you'll need:

  • Solid admin experience and strong attention to detail
  • Confident with Excel and financial documents
  • Comfortable using Office 365, SharePoint and Planner
  • Leasehold/property management knowledge is a bonus, not a must
  • Professional communication skills
  • Mid-career, steady and reliable - ready to grow into a senior role
