Description

We are looking for a Reservations Host to join our team and play a vital role in the success of our Short Stay offering for members booking stays of 7 + nights.

The Role:

  • Oversee listings and reservations
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and Front of House team to ensure rooms are prepared, payments are complete and arrivals run smoothly.
  • Managing check in and check outs
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to help grow the short stay offerings.

About you:

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities with ease
  • Thrives on providing excellent customer service
  • ability to build connections with local organisations to promote our short stay experiences
  • A Natural host with a passion for hospitality ensuring you create great guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a residential, hotel, co living is essential
  • Confident using computer systems and online booking platforms.
  • Flexible and adaptable to working hours
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
