About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Building Manager to take responsibility for the effective management of a large, modern residential development. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the property is maintained and operated to the highest standards.- Hours: Monday to Friday
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum ( depending on experience )
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas.
Lead, support, and manage an on-site team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellent customer service.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and relevant legislation.
Implement and embed robust policies, procedures, and operational structures.
Carry out regular inspections, provide accurate reporting, and maintain effective communication with residents, contractors, and senior management.
Oversee budgets, contracts, and service delivery standards to ensure value for money.
Requirements
Strong background in residential property management.
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety compliance.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams.
Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills.
Proactive approach with the ability to implement structure and drive standards.
