Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a supportive and established team managing a varied London-based portfolio. This is a key role, focused on maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth management of a diverse range of residential properties.

The Role

You'll be responsible for a portfolio of 16 residential buildings, ranging from modern new-build developments to Victorian conversions. The client base is equally varied, including smaller RMCs, larger blocks with established Residents' Associations, and freeholder-managed properties.

The role involves regular site visits and meetings with RAs and RMCs, requiring someone who is confident at building strong relationships and managing expectations. You'll be supported by an Assistant Property Manager, two fellow Property Managers, and the wider internal departments, with direct guidance from senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of a mixed residential portfolio.

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, leaseholders, and stakeholders.

  • Attending and leading client meetings on-site.

  • Handling challenging or demanding situations professionally and effectively.

  • Ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance across the portfolio.

The Person

We are looking for:

  • At least 5 years' proven experience in residential property management.

  • Ideally MIRPM qualified (or working towards).

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle demanding situations with professionalism.

  • A collaborative and loyal team player with a proactive attitude.

The Package

  • Salary £45,000 - £53,000 depending on experience.

  • Support from a dedicated Assistant Property Manager and internal departments.

  • Two-stage interview process:

    • First stage with the hiring manager via Teams.

    • Second stage with the Head of Property Management at the Victoria office.

At PMR, we are committed to diversity and inclusion throughout our recruitment process. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences, and we actively promote equality of opportunity within the property management sector.
