What you'll be doing

• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

• Sourcing and screening top talent for roles in block management.

• Supporting experienced consultants with interviews, shortlists, and placements.

• Managing job adverts and keeping our recruitment systems up to date.

• Learning the ropes of recruitment with hands-on training every step of the way.

What we're looking for

• A natural people-person with excellent communication skills.

• Driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed.

• Organised and confident in managing multiple priorities.

• Previous sales, customer service, or property experience is a plus - but not essential.
