Managing Agent Contract Manager - North London | £45,762-£50,493 + Benefits
We're looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of managing agent relationships and service charge compliance across a varied residential portfolio in North East London. This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days working from home and regular on-site/office presence.
What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with superior landlords, managing agents, and stakeholders.
Oversee and challenge service charge budgets to ensure fairness, compliance, and value for money.
Support with disputes and represent interests at First-Tier Tribunal cases.
Monitor health & safety compliance and provide operational support on escalated issues.
Performance-manage contracts, enforce leases, and protect residents' and organisational interests.
Maintain accurate records and proactively manage risks to cost recovery and service quality.
What You'll Bring
Solid experience in leasehold block management across multi-tenure estates.
Strong working knowledge of leasehold legislation (LTA 1985, CLRA 2002, Leasehold & Freehold Reform Act 2024).
Excellent problem-solving skills with confidence in challenging service charges.
Stakeholder management and negotiation expertise.
Ability to interpret and explain complex lease/contractual obligations clearly.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and resilient under pressure.
