- About the Role 
 We are seeking a flexible and professional Relief Porter to provide support across a portfolio of prestigious residential buildings in London. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, you will be an essential part of ensuring smooth operations, outstanding service, and a welcoming experience for residents and visitors alike.- Salary: £30,400 PA - Hours: 35 hours per week (Mix of day & night shifts, depending on operational needs). Overtime paid at 1.5x rate. 
 Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for residents and guests.
- Greet and assist residents and visitors, creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, logging messages accurately and assisting property teams as required.
- Support lettings and management teams with viewings and resident communication.
- Monitor and manage contractors on site, ensuring security and health & safety compliance.
- Report building issues or safety concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Carry out regular checks of vacant apartments, recording and reporting maintenance needs.
- Maintain communal areas to a high standard, including refuse management.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as meter readings, contractor logs, and maintenance records.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties to ensure safe and efficient building operations.
 
 Essential Skills & Experience- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (residential, hospitality, or facilities).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
 - Desirable: - Experience working within luxury residential environments.
- Hospitality background.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to property management.
 
 Qualifications:- Good standard of education, with excellent written and verbal communication.
