Block Manager - Remote + Travel | £45k + Car Allowance

Manage a well-kept residential portfolio with a supportive team behind you.

We're looking for an experienced Block Manager to oversee 800 units across 26 low-risk sites in Cambridge, Oxford, Swindon, and South M25. This is a remote role with site visits and occasional travel to our Hoddesdon office.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day management of a varied residential portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with leases, legislation, and health & safety.
  • Carry out quarterly site inspections and action plans.
  • Manage budgets, service charge accounts, and contractors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with freeholders, residents, and suppliers.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven residential block management experience.
  • Strong legal and compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
