Block Manager - Remote + Travel | £45k + Car Allowance
Manage a well-kept residential portfolio with a supportive team behind you.
We're looking for an experienced Block Manager to oversee 800 units across 26 low-risk sites in Cambridge, Oxford, Swindon, and South M25. This is a remote role with site visits and occasional travel to our Hoddesdon office.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day management of a varied residential portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with leases, legislation, and health & safety.
- Carry out quarterly site inspections and action plans.
- Manage budgets, service charge accounts, and contractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with freeholders, residents, and suppliers.
What You'll Bring
- Proven residential block management experience.
- Strong legal and compliance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
