Night Concierge - Luxury Residential Development
Location: Central London
Hours: 19:00 - 07:00, Four nights on / Four nights off

We are seeking an experienced and polished Night Concierge to join the team at one of London's most exclusive residential developments. This role offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for residents and their guests, delivering a world-class standard of service and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

The Role
As Night Concierge, you will:

• Provide an exceptional, tailored welcome to residents and guests.
• Handle resident enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage booking requests for on-site amenities, coordinating with housekeeping to ensure spaces are prepared and immaculate.
• Assist with postal requirements and organise lifestyle services including transportation, dining, theatre, chauffeur, and dry-cleaning.
• Maintain pristine presentation of reception and common areas at all times.
• Support the delivery of weekly resident activities.
• Report incidents promptly and professionally to management.
• Always uphold the highest standards of appearance, behaviour, and discretion.

About You

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury residential environment.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Confident dealing with high-net-worth individuals and understanding their expectations.
• Strong local knowledge of Central London.
• Impeccable attention to detail, assertive yet approachable, and able to multi-task under pressure.
• High standard of written and spoken English (additional languages beneficial).
• Team player with a proactive approach and genuine passion for service.
• Full, clean UK or EU driving licence (held for at least two years) - required for valet service.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
