Estate Manager
We're looking for someone with solid experience running large or complex buildings to take the lead on a mixed-use estate.
It's a hands-on role, managing a small team and making sure the site is safe, well looked after and running smoothly day to day.You'll be dealing with a mix of residential and commercial spaces, overseeing maintenance, compliance and contractor management. You'll also be the main point of contact for residents, occupiers and stakeholders, so being approachable and solutions focused is key.
The role includes:
Leading and supporting the on site team.
Keeping on top of maintenance, safety and building services.
Managing budgets and supplier contracts.
Planning and delivering improvement works.
