Are you an experienced Property Manageror an Assistant Property manager looking to work with a highly respected, independent managing agent that truly values professionalism, flexibility, and customer care?

About the Role

As Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied leasehold portfolio - coordinating maintenance, compliance, and financial management while being the main point of contact for residents, leaseholders, and client stakeholders. From site inspections to AGMs, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring each building runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Organising site inspections and ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained
  • Preparing and managing annual service charge budgets
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance contracts, and major works (including Section 20 notices)
  • Chairing AGMs and liaising closely with contractors, surveyors, and solicitors
  • Keeping detailed records and staying up to date on regulatory requirements

About You

You're a confident, organised professional with a background in residential block management. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and thrive on delivering excellent service. Whether it's managing a budget, advising a leaseholder, or overseeing contractors - you know how to keep everything on track while staying proactive and people-focused.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in leasehold block management
  • Sound understanding of leasehold law and service charge budgeting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • IRPM or similar qualifications (or a willingness to work towards them)
