Our client is seeking a Front of House professional to represent their established development and deliver a high standard of service to both residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and have a friendly, professional approach.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality of customer service to guests
- Checking in and out residents and guests
- Answering and replying to all correspondence from clients
- Support the lettings, manage enquiries and coordinate move ins and out.
- A confident, composed presence with outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Supporting the General Manager to ensure the team collectively delivers maximum operational excellence, both for clients and the company.
- Supporting and motivating the front of house team
- Develop the culture of excellent service and inspire lasting member relationships
- Carrying out building walk through inspections
What We Are Looking For
- Motivated, customer focus and can-do attitude
- Experience within working serviced offices
- 5* Hotel, retail background or co-working experience
- Have a good knowledge of our technology and help with troubleshooting problems
- Strong communication skills
