Tired of juggling 30+ sites with no support?
This is the kind of role where you'll know your buildings-and the residents will know you.
You'll be trusted to run things your way, with the backing of a steady, well-structured team.What you'll be doing:
Looking after 16 London-based blocks-mostly long-standing sites with RMCs or active residents.
Taking charge of budgets, maintenance, compliance and major works from end to end.
Managing expectations, sorting issues early, and keeping things calm even when residents aren't.
Working closely with a team that includes other Property Managers, access to an Assistant Property Manager, and a supportive Director.
What's expected:
5+ years' experience managing residential leasehold blocks (with some more complex schemes in the mix).
Confident with service charge budgets, Section 20, and building safety.
Ideally, MTPI qualified (or working towards it).
Someone who can hold their own with demanding residents and still get things done.
