Weekend Concierge - New Residential Development
Location: Bristol
Salary: Competitive + BenefitsJob Summary:
- To assume a residential on-site role and provide a point of contact for the residents and their needs.
- To ensure that the property is run smoothly and to provide a security presence and administration assistance where necessary. The front of house position will be predominantly situated at the main concierge desk.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone with experience in hospitality / concierge.
- Confidence and discretion to be used with residents.
- Ability to take ownership of an operation when alone.
- Professional, precise, courteous and dedicated.
- Experience in a front of office role.
- Experience and involvement with a facilities management role.
- Basic / Intermediate IT skills.
- Concierge / PA skills.
- Event management experience.
- SIA training would be beneficial but not a requirement
