Ever wondered what it's like to run the show behind some of the most iconic residential buildings in West London? If you enjoy variety, independence, and the satisfaction of seeing things done right, this could be the role for you.
You'll be the go-to person for a small selection of characterful and complex buildings. No two days are the same, but your calm approach and sharp attention to detail will keep things moving smoothly.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Keeping residential buildings running like clockwork - from safety checks to repairs and maintenance.
Managing budgets with clarity and confidence, ensuring everyone knows where things stand.
Acting as the main point of contact for residents and contractors, solving problems without the fuss.
Leading site inspections and turning your notes into real improvements.
You'll be supported by a close-knit team, with the flexibility to manage your time remotely. The buildings are all within close reach of each other, and include a couple of taller blocks, alongside conversions and mid-size developments.
