Caretaker

Our Client are looking for an experience Caretaker to work at a luxury residential development based in South West London.

Working every Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and every other Saturday 8am -1pm.

Salary ranges between £25,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Ensure the site is well maintained
Providing a clean and secure environment for residents and guests at all times
Demonstrate and uphold company values in all aspects of your work and communication
Developing strong relationships with the residents and enhancing the overall quality of the site.
Maintaining open lines of communication with the Residents and the Property Manager
Liaise with and provide access to authorised contractors and tradesmen, notifying the Property Manager of completion of work accordingly
Monitoring contractors on site
Report defects / incidents (either observed or reported) and take the correct action after consultation with the Property Manager
Maintain accurate records of maintenance / lighting issues
Ensure all grounds and communal areas are kept clean and tidy
Carry out daily walk arounds to ensure upkeep of the site
Carry out monthly lighting and fire alarm tests
Keep daily log of site
Taking out and collecting the bins
Small decoration and repair jobs (if necessary)
Work in accordance with the company's Health & Safety Policy
Any adhoc tasks as instructed by management
