Are you a hands-on, experienced caretaker seeking a stable, part-time role to complement your active day to day? VERTO HR is looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join a residential development in St Helens, WA10.
The Role:
This is a vital, active role ensuring our building is pristine and secure. You'll handle daily patrols, essential rubbish management, light maintenance, and resident support - all within a consistent morning schedule. We need someone who isn't afraid to be on the move and takes pride in a job well done.
What We Offer:
- Stable Income: £11,428.56 annually (£12.21/hour).
- Ideal Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 - 11:00.

About You:
- Proven caretaker experience, ideally in residential buildings.
- Active and reliable, comfortable with physical tasks (including moving bins).
