Front of House Manager - Luxury Residential Development

Mayfair, London W1
Up to £45,000 per annum
4 on, 4 off | 7am-7pm
Permanent, Full-Time

We are proud to be supporting one of Mayfair's most prestigious new residential developments in the search for a Front of House Manager to lead its concierge operations. With completion set for late June, this is a unique opportunity to join a flagship scheme at launch and help define the tone and standard of resident experience from day one.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing a small team of concierge staff while remaining firmly front-facing with residents, guests, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train and support a team of 3 concierge staff (1x day concierge, 2x night porters), ensuring five-star service delivery at all times.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling all requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee day-to-day front of house operations, ensuring all standards are met and exceeded.
  • Liaise with contractors, building management and third parties to coordinate access, works and ongoing services.
  • Conduct daily building checks and report maintenance issues accordingly (soft M&E/facilities understanding preferred).
  • Help implement SOPs, training documents and service protocols as the building completes and occupancy begins.
  • Support with resident move-ins and the early-stage setup of building operations.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior front-of-house or concierge position, ideally within prime or super-prime residential developments, high-end hotels or private members' clubs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills - able to motivate and support a team.
  • Highly professional, confident, and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable engaging with high-profile and international residents.
  • Basic understanding of building operations and M&E systems (no hands-on work required).
  • Warm, service-led and detail-focused.

Key Info:

  • Schedule: 4 on, 4 off | 7am-7pm
  • Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience
  • Location: Mayfair, London
  • Start: June/July 2025

If you're looking to take the next step in your luxury residential career and want to be part of something exceptional from the very beginning, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note, if you do not hear back from us within 2 weeks of your application, you either have not been successful or the role is no longer available.
