Permanent, Full-TimeWe are proud to be supporting one of Mayfair's most prestigious new residential developments in the search for a Front of House Manager to lead its concierge operations. With completion set for late June, this is a unique opportunity to join a flagship scheme at launch and help define the tone and standard of resident experience from day one.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing a small team of concierge staff while remaining firmly front-facing with residents, guests, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train and support a team of 3 concierge staff (1x day concierge, 2x night porters), ensuring five-star service delivery at all times.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling all requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee day-to-day front of house operations, ensuring all standards are met and exceeded.
- Liaise with contractors, building management and third parties to coordinate access, works and ongoing services.
- Conduct daily building checks and report maintenance issues accordingly (soft M&E/facilities understanding preferred).
- Help implement SOPs, training documents and service protocols as the building completes and occupancy begins.
- Support with resident move-ins and the early-stage setup of building operations.
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior front-of-house or concierge position, ideally within prime or super-prime residential developments, high-end hotels or private members' clubs.
- Strong leadership and people management skills - able to motivate and support a team.
- Highly professional, confident, and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable engaging with high-profile and international residents.
- Basic understanding of building operations and M&E systems (no hands-on work required).
- Warm, service-led and detail-focused.
