Day Concierge

Concierge - Prime Residential Development
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Mayfair, London
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off: 7am - 7pm

An exclusive new residential development in the heart of Mayfair is seeking two experienced, polished, and proactive Concierges to join the team as it launches. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile scheme from the outset, setting the tone for exceptional service and building strong, lasting relationships with residents.

The development will ultimately offer a 24/7 concierge service, with this initial team forming the foundation of a first-class operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a seamless front-of-house service to residents and guests, creating a warm, professional, and secure environment.

• Handle daily enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and resident requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail.

• Liaise confidently with high-profile residents and VIPs, providing tailored lifestyle support.

• Maintain the presentation of the reception and lobby areas to the highest standard at all times.

• Support building management with reporting, contractor coordination, and health & safety checks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a luxury residential or high-end hospitality environment is essential.

• Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills.

• Calm, confident, and diplomatic under pressure.

• Strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset.
