Our client is looking for an experienced Day Concierge to join the team based on a luxury residential development in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading Block Management company.
Rota: 4 days on, 4 days off
Hours: 06.15am - 18.15pm
Salary: £28,000 Per Annum
Start Date: ASAP
Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents and visitors to the site, proactively and professionally.
- Carry out regular building checks and log/report any issues or maintenance to the relevant management, ensuring all Health & Safety compliance is met and enforced as needed.
- Assist with residents needs reactively, always working in line with the company's expectations and high standards of service.
- Handle regular intake of parcels and deliveries, with the relevant security checks.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, whilst sometimes working under pressure.
- Relevant security checks to identify all contractors, visitors and guests to the development. As well as monitoring CCTV and site safety throughout your shift, ensuring safety of all residents and colleagues.
- Understand and be aware of your Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and always adhere to these.
- Ensure the communal areas are always kept clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Report any incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager promptly.
- Dealing with guests/residents' concerns or complaints, including a follow-up in person or writing.
- Complete all handover and operational reports for every shift.
