One of our clients is looking for an experieced concierge to joing their team in their Residential Building based in West London.
About the role:
- Salary: £28,000 per annum
- Shift Pattern: 4on 4off, 6.15pm to 6.15am
Duties:
Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries
Coordinate package deliveries, mail distribution, and secure storage of resident belongings
Monitor building access and ensure a safe and secure environment
Handle resident service requests and coordinate with maintenance or management as needed
Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitor logs, and resident interaction
Schedule reservations for shared amenities such as event rooms or fitness centers
Support property management with administrative tasks and special projects
