- Description
A leading BTR client is looking for a Leasing Negotiator on a 6 months FTC at a large scale development in Birmingham. In this key customer- facing role you will support the full resident journey - from initial enquiry and property tours through to move in.
The role:
- Coordinating online marketing of available apartments
- Metting prospective tenants, conducting viewing, and negotiating rental offers
- Regularly producing letting performance reports to the General Manager.
- Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced leasing environment.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding performance targets.
- IT literate
- Strong customer service skills.
