One of our clients is looking for a Day Concierge to work on a temporary to permanent basis at their high-end Residential Building based in Brentford.
About the Role:
- Location: Brentford
- Salary: £12.75 - £13.85ph per hour
- Schedule: 4 on, 4 off - Day Shifts
- Contract: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, guests, and contractors with professionalism and care
Handle parcel deliveries and dry cleaning requests
Issue keys, access fobs, and visitor parking permits, ensuring strict procedures are followed
Respond to resident queries (in person, by phone, and through internal systems)
Liaise with security and cleaning teams to ensure smooth estate operations
Report maintenance, safety, and security concerns promptly
Maintain accurate logs and uphold GDPR standards when handling resident data
Support occasional administrative or stock check duties as needed
About You:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities
Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, front-of-house, or hospitality role
Confident handling residents' needs with patience and professionalism
Comfortable using internal systems and managing light administrative duties
