Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Estate Services Manager to join the team at a commercial development in West London.

This role will be full-time and site-based, Monday - Friday, 08.30-17.30 but flexibility in hours is required to ensure continuity of estate management cover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage contracts for cleaning (horizontal and vertical), waste, and landscaping services, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.

* Conduct regular estate inspections to ensure compliance with safety, appearance, and operational standards.

* Management of contractor KPIs and SLAs, driving performance and continuous improvement. * Lead on sustainability initiatives related to soft services.

* Develop and manage budgets for soft services, ensuring financial efficiency.

* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

* Promote and enforce health and safety policies across the estate.

* Manage the fleet of estate vehicles.

* Management of the estate to the highest standards of excellence in line with Statutory Legislation and ISO certification standards.

* Full financial responsibility for the Estate and associated Service Partners contract budgets ensuring accurate tracking, management and forecast planning.

* Supporting the Technical Manager and associated projects teams in facilitating and coordinating Project, Lifecycle Replacement and Fabric work across the Estate.

* Overseeing the management of the car parking service provisions across the estate.

* Stakeholder engagement with Transport for London, Local Authority planning and highways departments and local resident committees.

* Support wider property management functions as required.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience managing large estate.

* Experience in managing soft service contracts.

* Strong health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent) is essential.

* Qualification in property management is desirable.

* Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting.

* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage multiple service contracts and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

* Ability to think strategically

* Confident decision maker
