We are seeking an experienced Tenant Services Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role with a balanced mix of time spent across locations: 2 days on site in Ealing, 2 days at our Central London Office and the option for 1 day remote. This position focuses on the day to day management of residential tenanted portfolios, working closely with Landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Do you have experience in both social housing and private / Corporate property management?
Have you previously worked as a lettings property manager or Estate Agency property Manager? If so we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential property management
- Experience managing social housing portfolios
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- A valid driving licence.
Key responsibilities:
- Instruct and oversee essential works and compliance testing to meet legal certification standards
- Monitor and coordinate with contractors and manage on site work
- Ensure all properties meet health and safety regulations
- Track and optimise letting performance
- Manage and adhere to property budgets.
- Record and report all relevant financial matters.
