About the role::

  • £28,000 per annum
  • 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7pm - 7am)

About you:

  • Previous experience as a Concierge or in luxury hospitality (hotel or residential)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A polished, professional, and personable approach
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues proactively
  • Immaculate presentation and a keen eye for detail

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors
  • Handling resident enquiries efficiently and discreetly
  • Coordinating deliveries, reservations, and resident services
  • Liaising with contractors, security, and housekeeping teams
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the lobby and communal areas
  • Maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality
