What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing a portfolio of residential buildings, ensuring smooth day-to-day management.
- Conducting property inspections, setting budgets, and managing expenditure throughout the year.
- Coordinating maintenance work, reviewing supplier contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Handling leaseholder queries, attending meetings, and overseeing major works projects.
