What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing a portfolio of residential buildings, including financial management and compliance.
- Leading on-site teams, handling performance reviews, and ensuring health & safety regulations are met.
- Managing service charge budgets, controlling expenditure, and resolving financial queries.
- Coordinating maintenance work, major works projects, and contractor management.
